Today I went on one of my favorite bike rides. Love road, along the paint creek corridor. It is downhill both ways or so it seems. My friend Larry was able to join me on the bike ride but had to head out pretty early. I decided to take advantage of this time and have a riverside picnic. Today’s menu is chicken tacos with watermelon salsa. This was the first time I tried watermelon salsa but wow! Was it good!
