I baked peanut butter cookies. My winter bucket list had to bake Christmas cookies. I will get around to making colorful sugar cookie in Christmas shapes later on this season but for today these were just simple peanut butter cookies just like I made when I was a kid. Actually baking this type of cookies may have been my first baking experience. I have fond memories of, baking peanut butter cookies and having them with a glass of milk after school. While I may not be able to mark anything off of the bucket list they were delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with dulce de leche. Served with a cup of coffee, Magical! And part of the magic was having this great moment and then sharing the rest with the grandkids!
